My name is Dot Van Dyke and my real estate career began in September, 1978. Since then I have successfully sold houses in Atlanta! My first full year in real estate, I was named” Rookie of the Year”. I have consistently been a Top Producer in Atlanta and earned many awards. The best award and reward is for my clients to say “Job well done!” at closing.
I worked successfully in general sales for several years and was offered an onsite position with John Weiland Homes. I accepted and had the pleasure of working directly with John, his architect and was the Realtor of his most expensive community. In fact,I was the first realtor to sell a house over $200,000 for John Weiland Homes. Although I greatly enjoyed sub-division work, I felt the need for more flexible hours and returned to general sales. I was with Buckhead Brokers, ReMax and then joined Keller Williams. Each move has been to achieve bigger and better challenges.
Helping buyers find a house to call “home” is such a pleasure to me. I follow the “Golden Rule” and end up with clients for life! I have my Brokers License and make any transaction smooth for all parties involved. I have been the “Agent of Choice” for a well-known corporation and do all that is possible to help transferees settle into the best neighborhood and school district for their families. I have hundreds of satisfied clients and I am always happy to provide references.
My two sons are grown and I am glad to devote mega time to my sellers and buyers! I am a full time Realtor
